In recent few years, Dehradun has become the most sought after destination for education and has become an educational hub for Ayurveda, it is significant in various ways as this place is enriched with enormous varieties of medicinal plants (Herbs, Shrubs, Grass etc.) and the knowledge of medicinal plants is the backbone for the practical aspect of Ayurveda. Our institute has an excellent situation and environment for the studies and development of personality in the growing years of life.
Education has been derived from a latin word educa which means to educe i.e. to develop from within, Vidya is also the name of a spiritual power in a motherly form nurturing knowledge. Thus, acquiring knowledge according to Indian philosophical standards is inseparably linked with spirituality. The baby as if born is like the raw stone from mines and the sanskars are like the grinding and polishing that it gets at the hands of the gem cutter.
Our future prospects are to start Post Graduation in Ayurveda, establishment of fully equipped 150 bedded well running hospital with all modern amenities giving stress on the Ayurvedic treatment to outdoor and indoor patients, and to serve as a platform in building up the bright Ayurvedic career of the students.
Our vision for future is to bring Ayurveda to international standards, to emerge as one of the leading Ayurvedic Institution of world fame and lastly to serve the humanity by keeping an holistic approach.
Our team and faculty members are fully devoted towards the development of this ancient system of medicine.
